1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Student”, “Partner”, or “You”) and Shineweb Tech Education Private Limited (“Company”, “Shineweb”, “we”, or “us”), a company incorporated under the laws of India with Corporate Identity Number (CIN) U85500RJ2026PTC113095, having its registered office in Kota, Rajasthan 324005, India.

By accessing or browsing our website https://shinewebtech.online, submitting an inquiry or admission form, registering for courses, checking an online opt-in checkbox, or availing any of our academic training and consulting solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Educational Offerings & Program Scope

Shineweb provides comprehensive vocational, technical, and academic education solutions, including but not limited to:

• Full-Stack Web Engineering, Mobile App Development, Python, and Data Science bootcamps;
• Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) and specialized software engineering credentials;
• Corporate training, employee skill development workshops, and institutional faculty enablement;
• Turnkey computer laboratory engineering, smart classroom setups, and institutional management consulting;
• Career counseling, resume architecture, mock interviews, and recruiter connection services.

All course curricula, schedules, faculty allocations, and syllabi are subject to ongoing refinement by our Academic Board to ensure alignment with emerging industry standards.

3. Admissions, Eligibility & User Conduct

Applicants must provide true, accurate, current, and complete details on all admission, contact, and enrollment forms. Any false declaration or fraudulent impersonation may lead to immediate revocation of admission and forfeiture of fees.

Students and portal users agree that they will not:

• Record, copy, distribute, or publicly share proprietary lecture streams, source codes, project repositories, or class notes without express written license;
• Engage in disruptive behavior, harassment of instructors or fellow candidates, or unauthorized access to our digital infrastructure;
• Use the Shineweb name, logo, or trademark for any commercial activity without an executed franchise or licensing agreement.

5. Course Fees, Payment & Refund Policy

Tuition fees, lab fees, and examination charges are clearly stated on program prospectuses and fee schedules. Payments must be remitted via approved corporate banking channels, UPI, or RBI-authorized payment aggregators.

• Installment Plans: Where fee installment plans are granted, students are obligated to honor subsequent payment deadlines prior to the issuance of module certifications.
• Refund Guidelines: Written refund requests submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the published batch commencement date are eligible for refund minus an administrative processing fee. Once a batch has commenced and learning materials have been issued, tuition fees are non-refundable.
• Taxes: All fees are subject to statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per prevailing Government of India rates.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the website, training methodologies, curriculum architecture, proprietary coding exercises, lecture slides, brand logos, emblems, trade dress, and written publications remain the sole and exclusive property of Shineweb Tech Education Private Limited.

Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use materials solely for their individual, non-commercial educational study.

7. Placement Assistance & Outcomes Disclaimer

Shineweb maintains an active corporate placement cell that provides resume building, interview preparation, portfolio reviews, and campus recruitment drives with regional and national hiring partners.

Honest Career Statement: While we exert rigorous efforts to equip students with market-competitive technical skills and facilitate interview opportunities, final recruitment offers, job roles, and compensation packages depend entirely on student academic performance, interview performance, and third-party employer discretion. Shineweb does not offer guaranteed employment or make misleading promises of government appointments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Shineweb Tech Education Private Limited, its directors, officers, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of anticipated profits, or telecommunication network delays beyond our reasonable control.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shineweb Tech Education Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and authorized agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute or difference, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith mutual negotiations. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Kota / Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
